Yes, you can download attachments added by your team members.

To download attachments:

  1. Go to the Attachments or Notes section.

  2. Locate the attachment.

  3. Click the more options icon (︙) in the attachment.

  4. Select the Download option to save the file.

As for notes, Zoho FSM does not directly support printing notes or downloading them as PDFs. However, you can copy the content of the note into a document and save or print it.
