Can I search for a note?

Yes, you can search for notes in Zoho FSM.

To search a note:

  1. Go to the Notes section.

  2. Click the search option.

  1. Type at least four characters in the search bar.

  1. To search for notes tagged by a user, type @ followed by their name.

  2. Click This Record to filter notes for the current record.
