Can I see a note or attachment added by a specific user in Zoho FSM?

Yes, you can see which user added a specific note or attachment in Zoho FSM.

To do this:
  1. Navigate to the Notes section.
  2. Click on the Users Filter.



  3. Select the user whose notes you want to filter.
  4. The notes created by that user will now be displayed.
