Can I tag someone in a note?

Yes, you can mention your teammates directly in a note using the @ mention feature.
Steps:

  1. Go to the record (e.g., Work Order, Service Appointment ).

  2. Click the Notes tab > Add Note.

  3. In the note, type @ followed by the Team member's name.

  1. Select the correct name from the suggestion list.

  2. Click Save.
    The tagged user will receive a notification.

Viewing Notes You’ve Been Tagged In

  1. Open Notifications.



  2. When you open the specific notification, you’ll be redirected to the corresponding note.
