How do I add a note to a record in Zoho FSM?
To add a note in Zoho FSM:
- Click on the module record (e.g., Work Order, Service Appointment ) to which you want to add a note.
- Go to the Notes tab and click Add Note.
- In the Add Note dialog box, enter your note.
- Click Add Title to give the note a title (Optional). To attach files, either drag and drop them or select them from your computer. You can click the Edit icon [
]next to the file name to rename it (Optional).

- Click Save.
A maximum of 20 attachments can be added per note, and the total size must not exceed 150 MB. You can also add notes from the Zoho FSM mobile app. Notes added to Work Orders and Service Appointments are visible in the Dispatch Console as well.
