If I add a note to an Asset, where else will it be visible? Does the note from an Asset automatically show in linked Service Appointments?
Yes. Any note you add to an Asset will automatically appear across all records associated with that Asset — including Requests, Estimates, Work Orders, and Service Appointments. However, notes added directly to a Request, Estimate, Work Order, or Service Appointment linked to an Asset do not sync back to the Asset.
