Yes, in Zoho FSM, the maximum file size for a single attachment is 150 MB.

When using the Notes tab:

  • You can add up to 20 attachments per note.

  • The combined size of all attachments in one note must not exceed 150 MB.

  • If the total size exceeds the limit, attachments will need to be split across multiple notes.

When using the Attachments tab:
