Yes, you can switch between editions during your 15-day trial.

To switch editions:

1. Click the Profile icon at the top-right corner.

2. Select Try Other Editions.
   
   
   
   

3. Click Try Now
   
   

You will get to use the other edition for a trial period of 15 days. You can use the trial version of Zoho FSM for a maximum of 45 days (this includes any trial period before purchase). If you have used up your 45 days of trial period, then you will not be able to use this option.

You can switch between editions even if you're using a paid version.

For example, if you're on the Standard paid edition, you can switch to the Professional edition for a 15-day trial—and vice versa.

Please note that, you can trial multiple editions, but the total trial duration across all editions is limited to 45 days.

After using up all 45 days, you cannot switch to any other trial edition.

You can switch back to your original paid edition anytime by clicking Switch Back to [Standard/ Professional].

This option is also available if you’re currently on the Free edition.
