Can I switch from a monthly to an annual subscription in Zoho FSM?

Yes. If you are on a monthly subscription, you can switch to an annual subscription at any time.

To switch from a monthly to an annual subscription in Zoho FSM:
  1. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.



  3. Click Move to Yearly.



  4. Click Make Payment to proceed.



  5. You can view the prorated amount to be paid for the annual subscription by clicking the information icon [   ].
