How can I purchase a subscription in Zoho FSM?

To purchase a subscription in Zoho FSM:

  1. Log in to Zoho FSM.

  2. Click on the Profile at the top-right corner and select Manage Subscription.


  3. Choose the number of additional appointments you want to purchase. You can also select the subscription frequency as Monthly or Yearly.



  4. Click Upgrade for the desired edition.



  5. On the Add-Ons page, you may include add-ons like Invoice, Storage, and if your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can add the IM Credits add-on as needed.

    Then click
    Proceed.



  6. Enter your payment details and click Make Payment.

  1. Once the payment is successful, you can either:

    • Navigate back to the FSM application, or

    •  Click View Your Subscription Details to go to the Dashboard page.
