What are appointment credits, and when can I use them in Zoho FSM?

When you purchase appointments, you will also receive appointment credits equal to 10% of the appointments purchased. These credits are valid only during that billing cycle.

You can view your appointment credits by clicking the profile icon at the top-right corner.



The credits you use will reduce the number of appointments available in your next billing cycle. The number of credits used will be deducted from your appointment count when it is replenished.

For example:

  • April 2025: Purchased 60 appointments, used all 60, and used 3 out of 6 credits

  • May 2025: Available appointments = 60 - 3 (used credits) = 57 appointments

NotesYou can use appointment credits after you have exhausted all your purchased appointments for the current billing cycle. Using credits allows you to continue creating appointments without purchasing more until the next renewal.
