What can I do if I’ve used all my purchased appointments in Zoho FSM?

If you’ve used all your appointments, you can use the appointment credits. These credits amount to 10% of the appointments purchased for the month.

For example, if you purchased 60 appointments, you will have 6 appointment credits available. The credits you use will be deducted from the appointment count of the following month.

  • April 2025: Purchased 60 appointments, used all 60, and used 3 out of 6 credits

  • May 2025: Available appointments = 60 - 3 (used credits) = 57 appointments
