At the end of your 15-day free trial, you will receive a trial expiration message.
At this point, you will be prompted to choose one of the following actions:
To upgrade to a paid plan:
Click Upgrade to Paid Plan in the prompt.
Choose the number of additional appointments you want to purchase. You can also select the subscription frequency as Monthly or Yearly.
Click Upgrade for the desired edition.
On the Add-Ons page, you may include add-ons like Invoice, Storage, and if your account has WhatsApp integrated, you can add the IM Credits add-on as needed.
Then click Proceed.
Enter your payment details and click Make Payment.
Once the payment is successful, you can either:
Navigate back to the FSM application, or
Click View Your Subscription Details to go to the Dashboard page.
To continue in the free edition:
Click Continue in Free Edition on the prompt.
Zoho FSM Free Edition includes:
Up to 20 users
30 appointments per month
Access to basic features like work order management, invoicing, mobile app access, etc.
