Is it possible to clone or duplicate an existing Request in Zoho FSM?

Yes. You can clone an existing Request in Zoho FSM:
  1. Open the desired Request record.
  2. From the Edit dropdown, click Clone.



  3. In the Clone Request form, make any necessary changes.
  4. Click Save to create the new Request.
