What should I do when a customer is not willing to proceed with a Request in Zoho FSM?

You can either:
  1. Delete the Request if it’s no longer needed, or
  2. Cancel the Request if you want to retain the record for future reference.

To delete a request:

  1. Open the Request record.
  2. From the drop-down, click Delete.



  3. Click delete to confirm.

To cancel a Request:

  1. Open the Request record.
  2. Click Cancel.



  3. Enter reason for cancellation.
  4. Click Continue.
