Can I delete a service appointment if it’s no longer needed?

Yes, you can delete a service appointment in Zoho FSM if it’s no longer needed.
Here’s how:
  1. Go to the Service Appointment Details page.
  2. Choose Delete from the dropdown.



  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

Notes
  1. Once deleted, the appointment cannot be recovered.
  2. Deleting a service appointment will not delete the Work Order it's linked to.
