What to do if I need to change the timing of an appointment?

You can reschedule a Service Appointment to a new time if it hasn't been completed or cancelled. Here's how you can do it:
To reschedule an appointment:
  1. Open the Service Appointment Details page.
  2. Click the Reschedule.



  3. In the reschedule window, update the Scheduled Start and End Date/Time.
  4. Review field agent availability for the new time slot.
  5. Click Reschedule and then Confirm.
