Why isn’t a field agent or crew available for selection when creating a service appointment? What does "Not available in this territory" mean while assigning a service resource in a service appointment?

In Zoho FSM, a field agent or crew will only be available for selection during service appointment creation if specific conditions are met.
  1. The field agent or crew must be assigned to the same territory as the work order
  2. They must be active in that territory during the scheduled appointment time
  3. If not, they will either:
    1. Not appear in the Service Resource dropdown and will be shown "Not available in this territory" 
To resolve this:
You can do either of the following:
  1. Assign the field agent or crew to the required territory under Setup > Workforce > Agents/Crews > Territories.
  2. Change the work order's territory to match the field agent's existing assignment (if appropriate).
