Yes. While adding technician feedback while creating a Service Report , you can attach images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg).
- You can upload a maximum of 5 images.
- The total combined size must not exceed 10 MB
Adding attachments while adding technician feedback during Service Report creation
In the Attachments section, click the ‘+’ icon
- Add a note (Optional)

- Then attach files from,
- Notes / Attachments (Select from existing attachments available in the Notes/Attachments tab of the Service Appointment)
Click Notes or Attachments.

- Choose required images and click Save.

- Upload (To add new files from your device)
- Select from,
- Take Photo
- Gallery
- File Explorer

- You can also choose a compression ratio

- Click Save.
