Can I add attachments while creating service reports in Zoho FSM ? How to add attachments to a Service Report in Zoho FSM ?

Yes. While adding technician feedback while creating a Service Report , you can attach images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg).
  1. You can upload a maximum of 5 images.
  2. The total combined size must not exceed 10 MB

Adding attachments while adding technician feedback during Service Report creation

  1. In the Attachments section, click the ‘+’ icon


  2. Add a note (Optional)



  3. Then attach files from,
    1. Notes / Attachments (Select from existing attachments available in the Notes/Attachments tab of the Service Appointment)
      1. Click Notes or Attachments.



      2. Choose required images and click Save.



    2. Upload (To add new files from your device)
      1. Select from,
        1. Take Photo
        2. Gallery
        3. File Explorer



  4. You can also choose a compression ratio
    1. Low
    2. Medium
    3. High



  5. Click Save.
