Can I attach PDF documents (like safety certificates or manuals) to the service report in Zoho FSM ?

PDF documents cannot be directly attached to a Service Report.
However, you can include document content as images by attaching files in the following formats:
  1. .png, .jpg, .jpeg
  2. You can upload up to 5 images
  3. The total combined size must not exceed 10 MB
If needed, PDF documents can be stored in the Notes/Attachments section of the Service Appointment for reference.
