How can I create a Service Report at the customer location in Zoho FSM?

Generating service reports in Zoho FSM  

Step 1
  1. Navigate to the Service Report tab of the service appointment



  2. Click the ‘+’ icon at the bottom-right corner



  3. Choose a PDF Template:
    1. Standard
    2. Spreadsheet
    3. Premium



  4. Click Next under Model Preview

 
Step 2
This step is not mandatory. Click Skip to continue without adding technician feedback.



Adding Technician Feedback in Service Reports in Zoho FSM
  1. Enter the Problem Statement (auto-filled, can be edited)
  2. Provide the Service Summary
  3. Verify the Technician Name (auto-filled, can be edited)
  4. Click Add to include the technician’s signature
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Next to proceed



Step 3
This step is not mandatory. Click Skip to continue without adding technician feedback.



Capturing Customer Feedback in Service Reports in Zoho FSM
  1. Hand over the device to the customer
  2. Ask them to:
    1. Enter feedback
    2. Provide a rating
    3. Verify their name (auto-filled)
    4. Add their signature and click Save



  3. Click Save & Create

The Service Report will be generated instantly.
