How can I get customer feedback in Zoho FSM?
You can collect customer feedback while creating a Service Report in Zoho FSM.
While generating the Service Report, after selecting the template and entering technician feedback, you will be able to capture customer feedback.
Capturing Customer Feedback in Service Reports in Zoho FSM
- Hand over the device to the customer
- Ask them to:
- Enter feedback
- Provide a rating
- Verify their name (auto-filled)
- Add their signature and click Save

- Click Save & Create

This feedback becomes part of the generated Service Report.
