How do I make a Service Report mandatory for a Service Appointment in Zoho FSM?

Making service reports mandatory for a service appointment in Zoho FSM

  1. Go to Setup → Transaction Settings
  2. Navigate to the Service Appointments section
  3. Enable the option “Service Report required for Service Appointment completion

Once enabled, a Service Appointment cannot be marked as completed without generating a Service Report.
