The customer didn’t sign the Service Report onsite. Can I collect the signature later or remotely in Zoho FSM?

Yes. You can add the customer’s signature later by editing the Service Report (if it is in the Draft state).

  • Open the Service Report
  • Click Edit



  • In the signature section, click Add Signature
  • In the Edit Service Report window, go to the Customer Signature section and click Add Signature



  • In the Add Signature window, click the attachment icon



  • Upload the customer’s signature and click Save



  • Click Save and Update

With this, you can capture and include the customer’s signature even if it was not collected during the initial report creation.
