A Service Report is a report of the overall Service Appointment. It captures details such as the work performed, technician inputs, and customer acknowledgment (signature and rating), and is typically generated during or after job completion.

A Job Sheet, on the other hand, is a customizable form used by technicians at the customer location to capture detailed inputs such as checklists, inspections, and task-specific information during the job.
