Can I restrict which Services or Parts an agent can use or edit?

Zoho FSM does not support record-level restrictions.
Access is controlled at the module level (e.g., Services and Parts, Contacts, Companies) through profile-based permissions.
Within these permissions, you can choose between:
  1. Own Records – Users can only view or modify the records they own.
  2. All Records – Users can view or modify all records in the module.
However, you cannot restrict access to specific services or parts within the module based on criteria other than ownership.
