If duplicate Service or Part records exist in Zoho FSM—due to data import or sync—you can merge them to maintain clean and accurate data. Merging lets you combine details from multiple records into a single master record.
From the Edit dropdown, select Merge Service and Part.
In the Add Record field, search for the duplicate by name or code.
Select the checkbox next to the record(s) you want to merge.
Click Next.
Choose the field values you want to retain in the master record.
The Preview section will update to show the final merged data.
Click Merge to confirm.
Click Merge in the confirmation popup.
