How to scan a barcode or QR code for services/parts in Zoho FSM?

To scan a barcode or QR code while creating or editing a Work Order or Service Appointment, in the Zoho FSM mobile app:  

  1. Tap Scan QR/Barcode under the Service/Part line items lookup field.



  2. You can also access the scanner from the search screen.



  3. If prompted, enable camera access: tap Yes → Allow.

                        

  4. Point your camera at the barcode/QR code.



  5. Matching records will be shown. Tap on the select [  ] icon.
     


  6. Select the Service/Part from the search results



  7. The selected record will be filled in the Service/Part line items field.



  8. If there’s no match, you'll see "No results found."

 The barcode/QR code must contain a value present in the SKU of the Service/Part.
