How do I create a record template for frequently used services, parts, and tasks in Zoho FSM?

You can create a record template in Zoho FSM to reuse a set of frequently used services, parts, and tasks.

To create a record template:

  1. Go to Setup → Field Service Settings → Record Templates.
  2. Click Create Record Template.



  3. In Create Record Template dialog, name your template, choose Work Orders or Estimates as the module, and add a description (optional).
    Click Create.



  4. Add the bundled Services, Parts, and Service Tasks.
    Click Save.
