Can I change a user’s profile after creation?

Yes, you can change a user’s profile after creation in Zoho FSM.
To do this:
  1. Go to Workforce > Users.



  2. Open the user’s detail page by clicking their name.



  3. Click Edit.



  4. Choose the Profile field to the desired profile from the drop down.
    Click Save.

Changing a user’s profile will update their permissions and access levels according to the new profile.
Notes
The profile of the Super Admin (user who created the Zoho FSM account) cannot be changed.
