Yes, you can configure view-only access for certain records in Zoho FSM by customising user permissions through custom profiles.
Note that standard (built-in) profiles cannot be edited, so this option is available only with custom profiles.
To set this up:
- Open the custom profile you want to modify.
- Adjust permissions by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes to restrict editing and allow view-only access as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Some permissions, such as View access for modules like
Contacts, Companies and
Work Orders cannot be disabled.
