Can the admin change the check-out time of the users?
Yes, an Admin can edit a user’s check-in and check-out time in Zoho FSM.
Editing Attendance Records in Zoho FSM
Navigate to Workforce > Attendance.
Under Team Data, open the attendance record by clicking on the Record ID.
Click the Edit icon.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Save.
To edit attendance logs, the user's profile must have the Attendance Logs permission (View, Create, Edit, and Delete) to edit these records.
Admin and Dispatcher are the standard profiles that already include the Attendance Logs permission. Also, any custom profile with the Attendance log permission will also be able to edit attendance records.
