To provide access to Zoho FSM, they have to be added as a user. Once a new user is added in Zoho FSM, an invitation email is sent to their registered email address.
To join the organization of the Zoho FSM account,
- Open the invitation email.
- Click the Join Now button in the email.

- On the sign-up page, click Sign Up and Accept.

- Fill in the required details like Name, Password, Country/State, and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Click Sign Up and Accept.

After signing up, the user’s status changes to Active, and they can begin using Zoho FSM with the permissions defined by their assigned profile.
