How can a user get access to Zoho FSM?

To provide access to Zoho FSM, they have to be added as a user. Once a new user is added in Zoho FSM, an invitation email is sent to their registered email address.
To join the organization of the Zoho FSM account,
  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Click the Join Now button in the email.

  3. On the sign-up page, click Sign Up and Accept.



  4. Fill in the required details like Name, Password, Country/State, and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
    Click Sign Up and Accept.

After signing up, the user’s status changes to Active, and they can begin using Zoho FSM with the permissions defined by their assigned profile.
