How can I see which profile can access which records in Zoho FSM? How can I review what each profile has access to?

To review the permissions for each profile,
  1. Go to Setup > Security Control > Profiles.
    Click on any profile (e.g., Administrator, Dispatcher, Field Agent) to view its detailed permissions.



  2. The permissions section will show you what modules and actions the selected profile has access to.

Each standard (built-in) profile—such as Administrator, Dispatcher, Call Center Agent, Field Agent, and Limited Field Agent—comes with a predefined set of permissions based on the role they are designed for. These permissions cannot be modified.
If your organization has specific access requirements, you can create custom profiles with tailored permissions to meet your needs.
