How do I create a new user in Zoho FSM?

To create a new user in Zoho FSM:
  1. Under Workforce, select Users.



  2. Click the + New User button.



  3. Fill in the user’s details:
    1. Last Name, Email Address, and Profile are mandatory fields.

  4. Click Save.


Once saved, the user's status will be set to Invited.
An invitation email will be sent to their email address. When they accept the invite, their status will change to Active, and they can begin using Zoho FSM with the access granted by their assigned profile.
