I’ve added a user in FSM, but they didn’t receive the invite. How do I resend the invitation email?

If the user hasn't received or missed the invitation email, you can resend it:
  1. From the invited users list, click on the name of the user who hasn’t received the invite.
  2. On the user’s detail page, click the Reinvite button.

This will send the invitation email again.
Ask the user to check their spam/junk and ensure the email address is correct.
