What happens when I deactivate a user in Zoho FSM?
The user's access is revoked, and they can no longer log in to Zoho FSM.
No work or appointments can be assigned to them while they remain inactive.
Their status changes to Inactive.
All existing data and records created by the user are retained in the system.
The Super Admin of the organization cannot be deactivated.
You can reactivate the user at any time from the Inactive Users list.
Before deactivating a user in Zoho FSM, you must reassign all their open records (like Work Orders, Service Appointments, Estimates, etc.) to another active user.
