Why can’t I disable certain permissions while creating a custom profile in Zoho FSM?

In Zoho FSM, certain permissions are mandatory and cannot be disabled—even in custom profiles.

The non-editable permissions include:
  1. Basic Permissions: Contacts, Companies, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Trips, Timesheets, Job Sheets, Services and Parts, Notes, Attachments
  2. General settings: Organisation Details, Business Hours, Holidays, Currency
  3. Workforce Management settings: Users, User Locations, Territories, Skills, Crews

Additionally, some permissions in are interdependent—disabling one may automatically restrict access to related features.

  1. Disabling Create permission for basic permissions like Contacts and Companies
