Yes, you can remove specific service tasks while creating a Work Order in Zoho FSM.
Removing Service Tasks while creating a Work Order in Zoho FSM
- While creating the Work Order, scroll to the Service Tasks section.
- Click the (-) icon next to the task you want to remove.

Service line items without predefined tasks will still appear in the Service Tasks section with one default task using the service name. You cannot remove this task from the Service Tasks section — it can only be removed from the Service Line Items section.
