How do I cancel a Work Order in Zoho FSM?

Cancelling a work order in Zoho FSM

  1. Go to Work Order Management > Work Orders.
  2. Open the Work Order.
  3. On the Work Order details page, click Cancel.



  4. In the confirmation prompt, enter the cancellation reason and click Continue.
