How do I mark the status of a Work Order as Void in Zoho FSM?

Marking the  billing status of a work order as void in Zoho FSM

  1. Go to Work Order Management > Work Orders.
  2. Open the Work Order.
  3. From the Cancel dropdown on the details page, click Void.



  4. Click Continue in the confirmation prompt.
