How do I provide discounts for Work Orders in Zoho FSM?
- By Amount
- By Percentage
- Line item level – applies to a specific service or part
- Transaction level – applies to the subtotal of the Work Order
Settings > Preferences > General > Do you give discounts?
Applying Discounts
- Line item level discount (applies to a specific service or part)
- While creating a Work Order, add the service or part line items.
- In the Discount column of the line item, click the dropdown.
- Select the currency symbol to apply a discount by amount, or the percentage symbol to apply a discount by percentage.
- Enter the discount value.
- Transaction level discount (applies to the subtotal)
- After adding all service and part line items, scroll to the Total section.
- In the Discount field, click the dropdown.
- Select the currency symbol to apply a discount by amount, or the percentage symbol to apply a discount by percentage.
- Enter the discount value.
