When should I cancel a Work Order in Zoho FSM? What should I do if the customer does not want to proceed with the job?
You can cancel a Work Order when you no longer want to proceed with it. For example, if a customer decides not to continue with the requested service, the Work Order created for that request can be cancelled.
Cancelling a work order in Zoho FSM will:
- change the work order status to Cancelled.
- cancel all appointments (if created) created for the work order.
Cancelling a work order in Zoho FSM
- Go to Work Order Management > Work Orders.
- Open the Work Order.
- On the Work Order details page, click Cancel.

- In the confirmation prompt, enter the cancellation reason and click Continue.
