In order to have business conversations with your customers, you have to purchase credits. To purchase these IM credits:
- Navigate to Setup > Channels > WhatsApp and click Buy Credits.

- Enter the number of IM credits and click Calculate Price.

- Click Make Payment.
The details of the calculations for the prorata amount to be paid for the yearly subscription can be viewed by clicking on the information icon [
].

- Click Continue.

The purchased credits will be mentioned against Available Credits.
The card details are taken from the Zoho Store. The details of the purchased IM credits will be shown on the Dashboard page of Zoho Store. You can also purchase IM credits from Zoho Store. Click on Buy More next to Nonrecurring Add-ons and purchase the required IM credits.
You can also configure the IM credits to be auto-recharged. To enable auto-recharge, do the following:
- Navigate to Setup > Channels > WhatsApp and click Auto Recharge.

- Enable the toggle Enable Auto Recharge and click Submit.

- In the Auto Recharge dialog, enter the following details and click Submit.
- Enter Credits: The number of credits you want to be auto-recharged
- Auto-recharge credits when they go below a certain number: The lower limit below which the auto-recharge should be triggered.

Note:
IM credits can be purchased from Zoho FSM only if you have a paid Professional account and valid payment details updated in Zoho Store. Else, you can also purchase IM credits from Zoho Store.
