Consolidated Sync Logs for Zoho CRM
You can see the consolidated view of your sync history, showing the success and failure details of records synced between Zoho CRM and Zoho FSM.
- Sync log details are updated weekly.
- Data for the last six months can be viewed.
How to View Sync Log Details
- Navigate to Setup > Integration > Zoho CRM.
- Within the Sync Log Details section, click Know More.

Understanding the Sync Details
- The sync logs are displayed in two tabs:
- Zoho CRM to Zoho FSM: Shows the sync details of data that is pulled from Zoho CRM to Zoho FSM
- Zoho FSM to Zoho CRM: Shows the sync details of data that is pushed to Zoho CRM from Zoho FSM.

- Sync Overview: Lists all sync logs.
- Click a Sync ID to view its detailed sync information.

- For failed records:
- Click the Failed Records count to download a CSV file containing details of each failed record.
- Records are also grouped by Failure Reason. Click the count for a specific reason to download its CSV file.
- You can view the details for the last six months. The main page displays the record counts for the last two months.

Sync Errors
Following are the errors that you will encounter while data is pulled from Zoho Invoice to Zoho FSM:
- The following mandatory field(s) were left empty:
This error occurs when records fetched from Zoho Invoice into Zoho FSM are missing values that are mandatory in Zoho FSM. For example, if a customer of type Individual is pulled from Zoho Invoice without a Last Name, then this error will occur.
- Contact with this email-id is already associated with this company
This error occurs when a customer fetched from Zoho Invoice matches an existing contact in Zoho FSM with the same email and associated Company. For example, if a contact named James Bilkin in Zoho FSM has the email james@noemail.com and is linked to Acme Inc., attempting to pull a customer from Zoho Invoice with these same details will trigger this error.
- Company cannot be changed for Contacts that are already synced with Zoho Finance
This error occurs when a contact in Zoho FSM, already associated with a company and synced with Zoho Finance, has its account changed from Zoho CRM. For example, if the contact Andrew Caine in Zoho FSM is linked to Acme Inc. and synced with Zoho Finance, attempting to change his associated account in Zoho CRM will cause the Zoho FSM–Zoho CRM sync to fail and trigger this error.
