The
Offline Mode of the FSM Mobile app enables you to access the data in your mobile app even when the internet connectivity is poor or non-existent. The offline mode of the FSM mobile app will come into effect when the offline mode is
enabled and there is no internet connectivity.
When the offline mode is enabled, the following takes place:
- Details of the appointments for seven days from the current data will be cached and will be available offline.
- Automatic synchronization of the mobile app data with the web app data will be scheduled for 8 am daily.
Enabling Offline Mobile
To enable the offline mobile, do the following:
- Log in to Zoho FSM mobile app.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Click Offline app settings.

- Turn on Enable Offline Mode.

Once the offline mode is enabled, you will only be able to access the data in READ-ONLY mode. The application data will be stored in app's internal storage.
Automatic Data Synchronization
When the offline mode is enabled, automatic synchronization of data will be scheduled for 8 am daily. This scheduled data synchronization will not be executed in the following scenarios:
- The user has logged out of the mobile app
- There is no internet connectivity
- Any settings (e.g. battery optimization) in the phone that restricts such activity
Using the Offline Mode
In the offline mode, users will be able to view the details of the appointments in READ-ONLY mode.
- Details of the appointments for seven days from the current data will be available offline. For example, if the current date is January 20th, then details of the appointments from January 20th to January 26th will be available in the offline mode.
- A maximum of 200 appointments in the 7-day window will be available.
The offline mode will offer functionalities in a diminished capacity. No editing of data will be allowed. Refer the table below for the details:

Syncing Data
After using the app in offline mode, when you go online, you need to synchronize your app data to fetch the latest data. To do so:
- Click Sync Now in the left menu.

When you go online, you can click Reload to refresh the screen but for full data synchronization you need to use Sync Now.
Disable Offline
To disable the offline mobile, do the following:
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Click Offline app settings.
- Turn off Enable Offline Mode.

Remove Offline Data
To remove offline data stored locally, do the following:
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Click Delete Cached Data.
- Click Delete in the confirmation message.
