Error adding an agent to a crew - agent is already part of a crew

Error Encountered   


Reason    

The agent you are trying to add to the crew is part of the same or another crew during the selected time.

Resolution 

You can try one of the following options:
  1. Add the agent to the new crew but with a different Start/End Date Time.
  2. In the crew mentioned in the error message, modify the Start/End Date Time of the agn such that they are available during the time for which you are trying to create the new crew.
