Error creating a time off - A time off exists for the service resource at that time

Reason   

The Start/End Time of the new time off you are trying to create for the service resource is in conflict with the Start/End Time of an existing time off of the service resource.

Resolution

You can try one of the following options:
  1. Provide a different Start/End Time for the new time off that is not in conflict with the existing time off. Click on the time off in the error message to know its details.
  2. Edit the Start/End Time of the existing time off so that it is not in conflict with the new time off you are trying to create. Click on the time off in the error message and click Edit.
