Error creating a trip - A trip exists for the service resource at that time

Error Encountered


Reason   

The Start/End Time of the new trip you are trying to create for the service resource is in conflict with the Start/End Time of an existing trip of the service resource.

Resolution 

You can try one of the following options:
  1. Provide a different Start/End Time for the new trip that is not in conflict with the existing trip. Click on the trip in the error message to know its details.
  2. Edit the Start/End Time of the existing trip so that it is not in conflict with the new trip you are trying to create. Click on the trip in the error message and click Edit.
