User not allowed to start work on an appointment as they are working on another appointment

Error Encountered   


Reason   

A field agent attempts to start work on an appointment (or starts a time sheet) when they are already working on another appointment (have an time sheet In Progress).

Resolution 

  1. Click on the appointment in the error message.
  2. In the Details page of that appointment, go to the Time sheets tab.
  3. Stop [] or Edit [ ] the time sheet mentioned in the error message.



  4. In the Edit Time Sheet overlay, enter an End Date/Time and click Save.



  5. Click Complete Work or Partially Complete.
